With over five years of experience in the field of public health especially related to field operations, management coordination along with professional education of bachelors in physiotherapy, MBA in healthcare management and MSc in Health policy and Management from AKUH, I have worked in Marie Stopes Society as a Coordination officer for a team of Social franchise, Research Monitoring Evaluation BCC which were responsible in looking after the 30 Behtar Zindagi Centers, 415 Social Franchise centers, also I have worked with IRD with responsibility in providing training to more than 250 employees on infection control practices ensured that these practices are followed in 32 sehatmand zindagi centers all over Sindh Punjab, Currently working with NCMNH as a project coordinator looking after a team of councilors deputed in Sindh and Punjab in providing PPFP counseling also I am involved in operations of the project with budgeting, report writing and monitoring with direct reporting to Head of program.

Ensure all infection control policies and procedures are adhered in the field. Provide training on Airborne Infection Control policies and safety practices during site visits. To provide support in coordination and monitoring and evaluations of activities under program objectives.
In my capacity, I coordinated with the team of technical experts in Social franchising, Research Monitoring & Evaluation, Behavior Change Communication, Government Liaison to support on-going training's, researches, liaison with government, reports and keeping track of overall departmental activities as per the budget allocated.
