Design & Develop HR Manual 
I am working as an individual Consultant with the Government department (Confidential).
The core Project revolves around the HR policies and procedures. 
- Design Policies
- Develop the functional structure of the HR Department
- Design relevant support documents
- Cater to all the applicable laws of Pakistan involved in Human Resource Management
It\'s a Challenging task though but WORK IS IN PROGRESS!!!

HIJAZ TEACHING HOSPITAL LAHORE: Affiliated with FMHS, a trust healthcare organization providing Healthcare services to the community. Joined as a Leading role, aimed to develop a department from scratch to well established department and succeeded with grace.
Became the part of Management strategic meetings
Designed, Developed and Implemented core HR policies & SOPs
Proactively monitored the legal compliance of HR policies and retained as per ISO MSDS, Pakistan Health and General HR Laws.
Created awareness about the HR functions within the Organization
Introduced Employee Onboarding system after formal R&  process
Designed & executed performance management system
Developed the framework for TNA based L&D programs
Introduced HR counseling system and disciplinary codes and conducts.
Designed HRIS & monitored HR outputs
Developed and institutionalized Job descriptions
Conducted Market surveys to face and cope up the upcoming Challenges for Private health sector
Remarkable Achievements:
Achieved 100% compliance of PHC and received employee of the year award consecutively 2016-2017 & 2017-2018
Identified bogus degree/diploma holders (employees) with the coordination of educational institutions.
Initiated and designed Certificate of Appreciation for top performers.
Initiated employee work anniversary celebration program.

Worked as HRD consultant with KMI- Multan & DOA (Lahore) for 6months on a part time basis. Core focus was to conduct gap analysis of organizations, provide individual analysis report to the concerned Management. To achieve the target, exclusively worked on following points,
- SWOT Analysis of the Organizations
- Existing system review i.e. policies, procedures, reporting structures & People (Employer & Employees Feedback).
- Restructuring & Departments’ formation
- Employees administration system (Designed documentation)
- HRIS system development.
- Assistance to develop Training Manuals through a defined T&D process
- Performance management/Evaluation system review/development and Implementation.
- Basic HR recruitment, Discipline, orientation and employee de-attachment system development & coaching the staff for Implementation.

Interwood Mobel (Pvt) Ltd (Lahore Head Office); a leading Furniture manufacturing, import & export organization with a workforce of 1100 plus employees at head office.As Head of HR department, reported to board of directors. Directed and lead the work in all sections including Talent Acquisition, performance management, training & development, discipline & counseling management.
Remarkable Achievements
Introduced performance appraisal system for managers, staff & workers with different evaluation anchors (KPIs) and employees development plan
Successfully conducted challenging TNA based T&D programs and monitored execution personally.
Introduced the concept of visualized training programs and shared the training documentaries with the regional sale points (Islamabad, Karachi) for orientation of employees and potential customers.
Coordinated with technical Staff to develop training modules.
Initiated Job analysis activity with the core focus on workload management of 1100 employees and redesigned Job descriptions (Where it required)
Became the Part of Board of Directors strategic meetings.
Represented IWM in a Workshop of HR Organized By SMEDA in Lahore Chamber of Commerce, Lahore 2012.
Participated in HR BOOTCAMP-Leadership arranged by Pakistan Society for Human Resource Professionals,Thandiani in 2012
