• Preparing and maintaining of Personnel files of all staff of the company.
• Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing
data.
• Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
• To keep update Record of Late-Comers on daily basis and prepare the Late-
Comers Sheet on monthly basis.
• Monitoring and Verification of Attendance Sheets.
• Verify Attendance and Pay Roll of Contractual Staff.
• Monitoring and verification of 3rd Party Contractors Attendance and bills.
• Verification and processing of Personal Loan Applications of all Employees.
• Preparation of Medical Bills, Insurance Claims get signed from RMO & HOD
Then Send to Head Office.
• Monitor Medical Health Insurance activity of Permanent & Contract Staff.
• Preparation & Processing of Confirmation Letters.
• Receiving & Processing of Resignations of all employees.
• Preparation & Verification of Clearance Certificates in respect of ‘Outgoing
Employees’.
• Preparation & updatation of Daily strength report and Organogram chart.
• Preparing LFA Leaves Application Memo on Monthly basis.
• Preparing and Send to H.O.D Fluctuation Permanent & Contract staff Report
on Monthly basis.
• Monitor and Posting of all Types Rosters in Orical System.
• Ensured Labor Policies are followed.
