In this role:
• Providing the leadership role to set the strategic direction of the organization (long & short term plans) that are necessary to ensure the company has the proper operational controls, administrative procedures, people system, in place to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency of the organization
• Build, manage/re-vamp nationwide distribution network, customer relationship management, identify gaps/new market opportunities, formulate sales strategies to meet & exceed sales goals
• Design & manage sales & operation team and lead them from the front, based on people management skill
• Day-to-day management of operational activities including; sales, distribution, warehousing, logistics, human resource, import, P & L management, credit control & claim settlement
• Regularly visit market to monitor progress, identify gaps and assisting in achieving numeric & weighted distribution objectives
