Monitoring of Registration and Enrollment carried out by BISP Tehsil Offices.
• To ensure the consistency of monitoring and evaluatin system
• Organise and provide refresher trainings in M&E for project staff and other stakeholders.
• To build the capacity of staff and to support them for effectively implement the program.
• Assist the Bisp HQ to in implementing work plan of the M&E.
• Monitoring & Evaluation of attendance Compliance.
• Coordination with District Education Department and School teachers.
• Day to day resolution of administrative matters.
• Ensure that, in general , project monitoring arrangments comply with projects document and, in particular, the provision of the project documents are fully observed in the M&E strategy.
• Supply capacity assessment of assigned added schools by field offices.
• Coordination wih Coordinators of HQs.
• Handling of complaints.
• Monitoring CCT payments made to beneficiaries on regular basis.
• Submission of quarterly monitoring reports.
• Any other task assigned by BISP HQs.
• Provide support to captains and looking after their payments and ensure that they are getting theirPayouts within the Service Level Agreement.
• Recruiting, training and on-boarding captains to grow the supply efficiently and thereby meet the company\'sgrowth targets. Activities to build connections with vendors and get them on- board with Careem Platform.
• Insure high quality of captains\' output by: developing car check process, monitoring ratings, customers’ Feedback
• Continuous captain support and driving reports with suitable solutions to management for better captainand customer experience.
