Capitalizing on the power of partnerships and collaboration built consortium in recent assignment in UAE with collaboration of 12+ public and private organization under the guidelines of Knowledge and Health Ministry(KHDA).That in return provided a powerful platform to accelerate efforts for the department , the first of its own kind in UAE named AIS ENGAGE initiated for Empowerment of Youth and Young girls from diverse backgrounds to implement SDG's,service learning and counselling of girls .
Prior to this served in renowned and reputable Government organization AIOU for 12 years with main focus on Girl's Education and manged several projects in leadership positions.Most significant contribution includes a steller role in management of mega Accelerated Educational project designed to provide Middle education to 12000 girls and young women equipped with TVET .A dissertation was conducted titled Empowerment of Rural women through Educational Projects at end of project to evaluate impact of project.
Fast Track Education Model was implemented in 6 districts of Baluchistan in collaboration of USAID to provide Middle education and train Students a s Lady Health workers .Provided Technical Assistance in Building Skills for Life Project implemented in Sindh to provide Middle & Secondary education and soft skills .Provided strategic positioning in project OPEN Schools funded by Common wealth of Learning Canada to implement all over Pakistan. Rubicon Atlas, Commonwealth of Learning, Paln international, USAID,JSI, NRSP, MIED, BEDARI , KHDA, AIS DUBAI, AIOU to implement and monitor programmes and projects e.g etc
Research and Advocacy, Gender equity , Poverty Alleviation, Social Entrepreneurship, SDGs are core interests that are further refined and polished by my Educational history and professional career .
