• Inception meeting with potential key actors at community level.
• Acquisition of lists of due and overdue compliances with showing coverage of red, yellow, and green beneficiaries.
• Coordination and establishment of functional pathways with local BISP/Pos, community Health Works, LHWs, local influencers and stakeholders.
• Referrals of Ehsaas Nashonuma Programme beneficiaries (PLW and children under 2 years of age)
• Ensuring right utilization of SNF by beneficiaries at home level.
• SM/SW team is responsible for conduction mobile camps in hard terrains scattered population segments.
• Identification and referral of newly registered BISP beneficiaries to FCs, NADRA, and essential health services.
• Carry out follow up visits and meeting with communities and beneficiaries & ensuring tracing.
• Organize and conduct awareness session at grass root level with mother/ BISP beneficiaries on breast feeding. Hygiene, healthy diets, immunization, ANC, PNC, family planning programme criteria, 1000golden days of life, MIYCN.
Major Responsibilities:
● EPI Immunization campaign: Facilitate and provide support during EPI Immunization campaigns.
● BHU Medical Team support: Closely liaise with Polio Team members and participate in day-to-day activities during campaign.
● On community level: Insure community support and involvement in the polio campaign; participate in selection of community liaison volunteers; sensitize communities.
● Support to village health committees: In designated area, facilitate establishment of the village health committees, follow up on their activities in order to ensure responsibility, ownership and sustainability, participate in monthly meetings and report outcome to the supervisor
● Manage the daily Project Activates of the Base of polio Eradication program
● Facilitate of the work Health Management team on Various Leave.
● Maintain the Regular Meeting community people and Religious persons.

• Responsible for activation and deactivation of volunteers in emergencies/simulation/drills, volunteer’s welfare, motivation, mobilization.
• Building capacity of volunteers in emergency response skills, knowledge and competencies. Provision of emergency response kit/gears and building interlinked communication networks and response mechanism.
• Regular refresher trainings of volunteers and engaging them in muck drills and real scenarios. Volunteer’s safety/security and welfare in case of deployment in emergencies.
