BANCA Support Officer will be responsible for conducting CBC * Call back the Customer upon receiving of an email through branches or calling pending data, Banca Officer has to call back the customer within defined TAT as per process after receiving of email, Banca Officer has to check the details of the customer while conducting and verify the customer as per Calling script to prevent any Fraudulent Activity . The Banca Officer revert back the email to concerned branches/person after conducting CBC. Banca Officer needs to maintain each CBC record on Excel and to share it to BANCA Business Team or Line Manager .Informing the Line Manager about Fraudulent Activity while conducting CBc . Any other Activity that may Assigned by the Supervisor .
