Manage a team of 5Â people (Primary & Secondary Sale division) responsible for the support functions essential to sales force productivity. Responsibilities include reporting sales results versus goals, compensation plan governance, budget activity oversight, distribution management, travel logistics, key processes such as business review (RISE) governance, space management/optimization, CRM/sales tool development and sale management.
Manage Compensation Plan process and work with management to assist in quota and revenue target setting assist with the compensation planning for the regional sales team; Help establish and manage commission plans and monitor quota performance.
Cooperate Sale-force teams in developing, managing, and implementing sourcing strategies, timelines and develop cost effective methods.
Manage inventory level through consolidating customer shipment timeline and supplier delivery schedule to achieve efficiency. Also closely monitor inventory at finish goods store to meet forecast w.r.t actual sales and lead meetings among sales, product development, operations and finance departments in planning and forecasting.
