Currently working as, a Senior Finance Executive being primarily involved in managing daily fund position, preparing monthly bank reconciliations, lease schedules, markup workings and monthly closing activities etc.
Worked as a staff accountant and performing the following duties among others:
-Treasury Management
- Preparing Bank reconciliations.
- Inventory Management.
I worked as Senior Audit Associate in the Audit and Assurance Group of the firm, my major responsibilities were:
▪ Planning and coordination of engagements to meet stringent deadlines,
▪ Working within various audit teams through planning and execution of engagements (as per the requirements of International Standards on Auditing (ISAs),local regulatory requirements and Deloitte’s Global Audit Methodology) and completion stages of audit,
▪ Liaison with client\'s management and communication of relevant matters to persons at appropriate level of responsibility,
▪ Establishing positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members, clients and other stakeholders,
▪ Keeping the audit team motivated throughout the engagement,
▪ Ensuring timely completion of the audit and preparing deliverables for the review of senior staff,
▪ Working on heads assigned within the audit team,
The experience at the Audit and Assurance Group of the firm enabled me to develop an understanding of regulatory environment of diversified industries, key business processes, the accounting and internal control systems of several organizations.
Worked in the capacity of Internal Auditor and also provided accounting services to foreign clients using quick books.
