            Working as Manager operations (Assistant Manager), in HBL Currency Exchange Rawalpindi Branch, Pakistan (Since oct 2017)

Duties:

·         Support HBLCE dealing desk Department in buying, selling and export of foreign currencies.

·         Put efforts in efficiently and timely achieving the branch targets.

·         Energize, train and motivate branch staff in achieving annual sales target.

·         Professionally greet customers and provide guidance in making remittances or buying and selling of foreign currencies.

·         Provide professional customers service, grow customer base, ensure timely statements of their deals and timely respond to the queries.

·         Supervise operational related matters in the branch and frequently monitor and check cash vault.

·         Timely supervise vouchers as per entitlement and forward higher voucher supervision to the concern authority.

·         Approve customer and bank related transaction as per approve supervision limits.

·         Provide operations, compliance and other regulatory guidance to the branch staff.

·         Prepare daily monthly weekly quarterly semiannually and yearly branch reports.

·         Coordinate with different vendors and service providers in maintaining the smooth operations of the branch.

·         Safely secure the branch assets and resources and timely update and maintain the branch inventory register.

·         Take necessary security measures during cash intransit movement.
