Mange the inventory of different offices like grocery supplies, stationary, office equipment and housekeeping material.

Proper book keeping of inventories.

Monitor all in and out activities relating to the goods and material.

Lead the group of Contractual, Maintenance, Generator, House Keeping, Canteen and Logistic Staff and evaluate General working performance.

Responsible for effective managing the fleet and equipment portfolio to meet the requirement of business.

Maintain the personal file record of employees and send a copy to HR Department.

Protect organization\'s value by keeping information confidential and maintain integrity of data.
