Provide continuous feedback to procurement section on vendors\' performance, highlighting quality & performance issues, recommending corrective measures.
Conduct market assessments prior to developing cost estimations & provide real-time market information related to the services required under the project.
Conduct community consultations, facilitate community mobilization, and ensure that community perspectives are incorporated into planning and implementation of the project.

Participate in the social and technical feasibility of projects and identify need for WASH and other infrastructural requirements in the project area keeping in view DRR, EIA and inclusiveness aspects.
Supervision and observation of the implementation of all fieldwork of assigned cluster(s) related to WASH and other infrastructural works by contractors or laborers according to the timeline plans of work and according to design drawings & BOQs and other technical requirements.
Undertake technical assessment and ensure quality and accurate technical specifications are incorporated into the WASH and other projects designs specifications.
Conduct site visits on daily basis to follow up progress in contractor work and guide the work as per design, drawings and standards.

Train communities on WASH guidelines for O&M of infrastructures as well as water quality issues and low cost treatment options.

Ensure proper labor division among workers in coordination with Project Engineer and vendors/ contractors.

Major Responsibilities.  Provide technical engineering information and interpretation of plans, detail sheets and specifications for contractors. Report accurate quantities for labor cost reports accurately monitor material ledgers to determine if quantities remaining in the estimate are sufficient to complete the project in the field.As a member or the Project Team. your duties include being able to perforce layout work competently, accurately and efficiently. Coordinate inspections with Senior Engineers and authorities as required by the contract. Inspect false work for conformance to design drawings. Monitor installation of rebar for conformance to structural drawings. Assist Project Manager by enforcing quality control, expediting subcontractors. Continually update drawings with changes as issued by Senior Engineers. Review shop drawings for conformance with the contract and ensure information is communicated to Project staff and Project Manager. Identify contract document conflicts and recommend solutions.  Ensure construction work complies with all engineering standards. codes. specifications and design instruction.  Present oneself as a candidate for promotion by learning and understanding construction methods and developing good construction management skills. To develop trust, tolerance, and co-operation among community members.  Prepare the Reports as required to supervisor. Any other task assigned by supervisor.
