I have completed my articles with Grant Thornton Anjum Rahman, Chartered Accountants (a well reputed CA firm securing its 5th rank world wildly) in the fields of Tax, Corporate, Assurance and Business Advisory Services. My diversified and in-depth professional work experience, coupled with a record of excellent performances both at the professional and academic levels has enabled me to present myself as a potential candidate for all challenging and quality work.

Deputy Manager Accounts & Compliance
· ERP Implementations: Application of ERP system (Odoo), interacting with developer & providing inhouse training to Accounts, Finance, HR and Admin Department of the Company.
· Tax Compliances: Ensuring Compliance to regulatory requirements or local laws – Income Tax, Sales Tax, Service Tax as well as other reporting requirements of tax laws ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements – during transactions. Also engaged in providing tax training sessions to Accounts, HR and Admin Departments.
· Corporate Compliances: General corporate compliance activities such as preparing and filing annual corporate returns including share transfer, further Share Issuance and preparing documents as required by Corporate laws.
· Compliance with Central Depository Company (CDC)
· Reviewing the work of colleagues including data entries and all types of vouchers.
· Interacting with external auditors in completing the audits
· Checking & cross checking monthly, quarterly, interim and annual Financial Statement of the companies prepared
· Evaluate the efficiency of internal controls and improve them continuously
· Interacting with company banking and financial partners.
· Interacting with State Bank of Pakistan for registration of Foreign Currency Loan
· Interacting with State Bank of Pakistan for registration of shares issued to non-resident shareholders
· Managing payments - Review and manage payments, follow up with outstanding debtors and escalate overdue advances and debts
