Develop and maintain full understanding of life insurance policy administration.
Determination of premium amount based on communication with Financial Analyst, client-specific documentation, and established procedures.
Preparation and processing of premium invoices.
Scheduled policy value reporting including downloading, formatting, auditing, and forwarding to client.
Day-to-day policy administration, not limited to death benefit changes, policy surrenders,
policy loans, owner and beneficiary changes, and miscellaneous amendment forms.
Review for accuracy and forward to client carrier confirmation statements.
Documentation of recently implemented cases and completion of case set up procedures.
Day-to-day insurance product and carrier updates and mailings including product changes,
annual policy statements, prospectus mailing, and annual reports.
Prepare and provide benefit statements.
Assist on miscellaneous projects upon request.
Collaboration with others in the development and enhancement of service delivery systems

To prepare daily sales MIS along with the tracker report of MTD / YTD Targets.

Arranging meetings for Retail channel with clients and carrying out product demonstrations.

Assist the Emergency Management team in developing and implementing an emergency management program
Provide Emergency Dispatch Center operations services to ensure incoming calls, alarms, and detections are recorded and responded to in a proper and timely manner services include
calls, radio transmissions, and alarm and detection system monitoring.
Support field operations including integrated exercises as part of daily routine operations
Enter dispatch log entries electronically and make logs accessible to the customer .
Revise and updated dispatcher training plan semi-annually to accommodate change in operational requirements
Provide all-hazards mitigation, preparedness, and response and recovery program efforts.
Attend meetings to ensure representation is actively provided and information is communicated and documented in a proper and timely manner.
