Troubleshooting in case of emergency, sort out fault and suggest improvement for smooth operation and minimize shut down. 
Directly involved on preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, generate planned shutdown job list and completed within specified time. 
Achieve production targets on daily, monthly and annual basis within optimum conditions by reducing power consumption. 

Production and power calculation and make sure no current and product leakage to make process more efficient by eliminating flaws. 

Management, leading a team consisting of 70 persons including engineers, supervisors, technicians, operators and other staff. 

Responsible for the overall supervision, operation and maintenance of the plants during silent hours to make environment clean and free from hazardous chemicals and gases from drain and atmosphere. 

Quality assurance of all the final products (caustic soda, Liquid Cl2, HCl, Sodium hypochlorite, Sulfuric acid) according to laid down specifications (consumer\'s demand). 

Make sure safe work for all the working staff by generating PTW under the supervision and taking all safety precautions. 

Zero tolerance on safety violation. 

Keep eye on daily basis production and dispatch according to storage capacity and demand analysis. 

Can work independently and with team environment, communicated openly and honestly with the management team during each shift to ensure it ran smoothly.

As a Assistant Manager my responsibilities are to maintain all plant parameters in a continuous process regarding electrical, instrument, mechanical. plant startup and shunt down, make shutdown jobs list and try to manage it within specific time, responsibility of power calculation and power adjustment, production calculation, quality product, work in stressful environment, make quick decisions and prove to make them right, work independently.
