I am working as an Assistant Manager PMO/Customer Success, on dinCloud Project, incorporated in 2011, which is a Cloud Services Provider (CSP) that helps organizations to rapidly migrate to the cloud through a strong network of Value Added Resellers (VARs) and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) like Ingram Micro, CDW, and Insight. We offer many variants of hosted virtual desktops, hosted virtual servers, and dinWorkspace as per the customer requirements. Our data centers are located in Chicago and LA and the infrastructure are designed with security at the forefront. My responsibilities include but not limited to customer retention and overall satisfaction, customer onboarding, vendor relations, sales support and quotes. I work very closely with all the internal teams including customer experience, customer support, marketing, billing and engineering to make customers succeed in what they expected to achieve coming onboard with dinCloud. As a Customer Success Managers, we are to make sure that customers see value throughout their journey with our company and they continue to realize value after their initial purchase of the product.
