I have over 6-years of experience with UNWFP in Pakistan as a Logistic Assistant and StoreKeeper under supervision of International staff. I have served totall of more than five years in emergency operation of UNWFP at a different locations (including Muzzafarabad ,Peshawar and sindh) with an excellent performances that could be witnessed by involved supervisors. I was working as a storekeeper and supervisor of huge amounts of commodity transactions that need honesty and serious work , in addition, i was one of the team member to salvage more than 21000 mt of WFP flood affected food in KPK for which WFP was appreciated by all, including government of Pakistan. n While working with WFP I was providing administration and logistic support for the Projects. Looking in to the matters related to procurement and I have ample experience in documentation related to program activities, including budgets, agreements and contracts.Therefore I deem myself fully capable of taking up the assignment as Senior Supply Associate at your esteem organization.Keeping in view my previous experience and services with UNWFP I should be given a chance ,and I will prove my abilities and would try to live upto the expectations of the management.my over All experience are 15 years

Prepare stock management reports on daily basis.
Ensure movement of goods from warehouse on the basis of approved Goods Release Note(GRN).
Supervise off loading of goods during receiving consignment and report immediately to GM in case of shortage or loss.
Supervise loading process and ensure the quantity of goods as per GRN.
Prepare physical stock taking reports on daily basis and enter it in data base.
Collect daily stock movements and stock balanced reports from the store keepers at different locations in side area warehouses.
At the end of the project save raw material of company used during project.

Manage all NFI and GIK supply chain including completion of documentation and customs clearance, NOCs from concerned government authorities, transportation and storage, warehouse inventories, sorting, packing as per needs, by maintaining a close liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
Provide inputs to RM, to ensure optimum and cost effective Supply Chain Management.
Develop the SCM MIS and updating it on daily basis.
Facilitating transparency of all SCM operations.
Provide proactive leadership to the SCM team.
Prepared GRNs(Goods release notes) on daily basis as per requirements and submit it to the management for proper authorization and after approval supervised loading process, dispatch documentation,transportation and smooth delivery of goods to the consign at receiving end .
