o Keep record of Petty Cash and maintain according to the policy.o Make a Monthly Pay Roll of employee.o Recruit new employees, then orient and train them for their specific job descriptions.o Conduct semi-annual evaluations of administrative personnel and provide guidance about potentialimprovements in each employee’s performance.o Serve as the liaison between administrative personnel and senior management, communicating needs andconcerns so they can be handled expeditiously.o Select employees for special projects and programs, then oversee their output.o Achieve specific financial objectives by communicating with administrative personnel and makingadjustments to workflow as necessary.o Implement customer service standards and evaluate employees based on their ability to meet thosestandards.o Provide technical and logistical support for all administrative personnel.
