- Established production contingency plans for all key programs.

- Prepared suppliers to adopt our designed Quality production cycle for production cost reduction, business growth and long term production commitments.

- Leveraged inter-company resources to help key strategic suppliers towards capability building in all operational areas from infrastructure development and planning to quality control. 

- Maintained / shared a positive outlook regarding Pakistan and the region and increased Uni Hosiery's commitments to suppliers and team in Pakistan despite travel restrictions etc.

- Maintained Pakistan office’s status as a high value – low cost outfit through continuous process improvement and investment in right talent and giving them necessary exposure. 

- Added value by developing 28 vendors, increasing vendors from 2 to 30 vendors was a real challenge  

- Provided all support and laid ground work for establishment of liaison office in Pakistan.
