Service Quality Consultant
Currently working in Meezan Bank Ltd as Service Quality Consultant.
Monitoring and evaluating 16 Branches in North Region ,regulating and implementation in compliance to corporate policies.
Ensure implementation of Key Service Indicators (Branch Service Scorecard),and instructions issued by Head office from time to time.
Communicate branch Service related issues to respective branch Manager for rectification,and escalate issues to respective Area Service Quality Manager in case of no resolution.
Check whether adequate inventory of customer form/applications and product brochures are available in the branch.
Check whether all customer requests for Account opening.ATM,s Phone Banking, Cheque Book,contact Update,internet Banking, Pay order,Kafalah, ets are properly affixed with date & time stamp and timely processed by the branch.
Check the functionality of EQ machines along with LCD/LED TV in branches during Surprise visit.In case of any issue observed immediately highlighted the issue to BM/OM and Area Service Quality Manager.
Communicate ideas of Service improvements/Process improvements to Area Service Quality Manager form time to time.
Monitor for timely resolution of all discrepancies.
Monitor the timely collection of ATM cards by branches form HO.
Act as a focal person between branches and Service Quality Department at HO
Project Manager
Leading a team as a team leader at Mohamad Agency.
Implement the child Protection interventions at field level.
Establish and monitor the Child Protection centres and link the identified child Protection issues with Services.
Involve capacitate the community groups and stakeholders in child Protection related programs.
Develop community based child Protection actions plans and implement accordingly.
Take capacity building measures to enhance the capacity of children on child rights and protection issues.
Identify child Protection issues with active involvement of community groups and link them with existing protective and rehabilitation services.
