• Analyzed the root cause of failure in fin fan heat exchanger bearing, reported 4 major causes based on MEX-624, proposed an improvement of the most important cause. Resulting in an increase of 8 years of operating life, yielding pkr 0.15 million by cutting the predictive maintenance cost.
• Evaluated the Lube oil test reports of Gas Compressor, based on ASTM Standards. Efforts resulted in timely replacement of lube oil and hence prevented the compressor downtime of 48 hours.
• In supply chain and procurement, contracts division, prepared a procurement contract for labour transportation service. The contract was signed successfully; resulting in least expenses for the company.
• Studied and developed preventive maintenance program for hydraulic equipment on site.

• Designed and modeled a project Karakuri Kaizen for the plant, to transfer parts from one workstation to the other without any automation and operator involved. Through our efforts handling time reduced by 63% and conserved amount of $0.22 million/5 year for the company to purchase automated equipment to replace one worker. For operator it eliminated the poor ergonomics involved in manual material handling (MMH).
• Oversaw production at Engine manufacturing plant, performed fault diagnostics and condition monitoring of plant equipment, identify and reported a source of environmental pollution in heat treatment area and suggested a plan to overcome the OHS workplace safety problem involving H335 standard i.e. HSEQ.

• In CAD department, 3D modeled 2D part drawings using Solidworks that helped in efficient writing of G and M codes for CNC program.
• Worked in Quality Control department, acquainted with Quality Control operations, learnt to operate CMM, Profile projector, Surface tester, Optical Comparator and Precision Height Gage. Worked in CNC machining department, acquainted with Turning, Milling and Grinding operations. Learnt to operate MVC 720 5-AXIS CNC, 42L TM-6 3-AXIS CNC, Abrasive Finishing Machine, and Broaching machine.
