Create clients in CBS of to be process loan cases
Disburse approved loan cases
Custodian of mortgage documents for secured loans
Responsible for agriculture secured loans disbursement
Reschedule loans tenure/structure as per policy on clients request
Convey COCs of disbursed loans to all branches
Extract ECIBs, Nadra Verisys and Tasdeeq from their portals and convey to
concerned branches
On branch request tag active contracts to another RO / CRO in CBS
Support in cases tracking portal
Support in log-sheets archiving process
Provide MIS reports on request of HOD
Coordinate with branches regarding departmental queries
Handle the front desk
Handle the Admission process (start to end)
Update admission forms. Update all material
Creating database of new students
Check and verify all students documents after admission
Facilitate students / Handle students issues
Process student applications via the Headmistress
Attestation of students documents
Ensure that all students strictly adhere to the rules and regulations
Make Co-curricular Calendar (all In-house activities/events, presentations, workshops, social service activities)
Organize all Co-curricular events and Gathering. Example: Orientation, Graduation Ceremony, Elections, Parent Teacher Meetings, Result Announcements, Competitions, Presentations, Workshops, Quizzes, Welcome Party (make plan, order to vendors, setup etc)
Make all formats for all co-curricular activities
Draft / Print Emails / Letters. Example: Recommendations, Appreciation for any event, NOC for Private Registration, Bonafide Letters, Leaving Certificate, Circulars, Late passes, ID Cards and Teacher / Admin / Domestic experience letters
Assist in Examinations (from preparing material to rooms setup)
Assist in Making Result / Reports (start to end)
Assist in CAIE Registrations (start to end)
Go to different places whenever required. Example: Any outside social service activity, Factory visits with business teacher and students, Different Universities visit with students and teacher and British Council visit and etc.
Invigilation during Exams
Conduct tests every month
Conduct worksheets in teachers absence when required
Circulate information regarding School events among teachers when required
Facilitate Teachers for all kind of work.
Assist Headmistress in all tasks
Make reports for any purpose instructed by Directors
Coordinate with client regarding their current and new product for updates in their new versions
Examine Websites, Mobile Applications, Computer Software
Find bugs (any kind or error)
Make reports of any bug found then communicate it to our client
Communication between development teams.
Handle the front desk
Meet walk in clients (new or old)
Visits for study / review business of our client to start the project
Assist in preparing systems for new projects (System purchasing, networking etc)
Visits for Software Setup / Installation
Assist in Software maintenance, data backup, all installations etc
