1.    Supplemental Polio Vaccination Campaigns (SIA) Supplementary Immunization Activities
o    Supporting the DPEC UPEC and TPEC in ensuring the timelines for SIA activities
o    Ensuring appropriate selection of appropriate vaccinators as per the NEAP
o    Facilitating and monitoring the trainings of teams, AICs, and other categories
o    Providing technical support to pre-campaign activities particularly planning, preparing and monitoring
o    Monitoring the timeliness and adequacy of all campaign logistics and expressing an suitable plan for coverage of missed children
o    Working closely with the communities to rebuild trust in vaccines, combat misinformation and generate demand for polio
o    Mobilizing religious, tribal and political leaders, and other influential persons and take household clusters
o    Analyzing the daily data and collate the observations and present the findings, actions recommendations at the daily meeting.
2.   Routine Immunization : Supporting DPEO (District Polio Eradication Officer) in strengthening of RI
o    The development of micro plans for implementation of REC/RED approach
o     Ensuring monitoring of EPI coverage and drop-outs
o    Supporting the DEPC, UPEC and TPEC in engaging and mobilizing communities
o    Assisting the UCMOs in prioritization of UCs that are poorly performing UCs
o    Identifying zero dose and under immunized children in the assigned UCs and refer them for immunization
3.   AFP surveillance: supporting the establishment of community-based AFP Surveillance
o    Supporting the Surveillance Officer and DPEO in ensuring timely stool/environmental sample collection
o    Conducting regular surveillance visits and Train/sensitize the informal health care givers on AFP surveillance
o    Ensuring mapping and inclusion of all formal and informal health care providers in the AFP surveillance
o    To support timely submission of “Zero Report” from assigned UCs.
