Generating new Agriculture clients ,underwriting processing.

Conduct Finance appraisal,collect and verify detailed information Agriculture clients.

Prepares and execute loan contracts and arrange for disbursemen to of Finance.

Receive feedback of Agriculture clients for product enhancements and new product requirements.

Maintain good relationship with Agriculture clients and promptly address their queries.

Meet internal service standards and ensure no service related complaints are received from customers.

Monitor Agriculture finance and ensure timely repayment.

Conduct ,complete and proces finance/documentation in strict compliance with HBL
policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Achieve Business Budget

Keep the NPLs to Minimum/Acceptable level.

Explore new business opportunities.

Maintain good relationship with the customers.

Timely processing of the loan applications.

Helping customers in filling the loan applications and guiding them for the necessary documents required for the loan application to be sanctioned

Responsible for generating new MSME clients' underwriting ,processing and monitoring loan portfolio.

Identify new MSME small business enterprises in the assigned area .Assess their loan requirements based
on customer need and present appropriate loan proposals to the credit committee for approval.

Develop and analyze financial statements of the MSME order to access the financial soundness of the business and his repayment capacity.

Conduct loan appraisal, collect and verify detailed information(personal ,business ,guaranties and coolateral pertaining to MSMEs)new MSME loan accounts.
