Daily market visit along with respective distribution officer to ensure product availability and visibility.
Ensures customer’s satisfaction related to entire product.
Ensures maximum revenue generation from all company products.

Daily comparison of sales (Booking Vs Order), Co-Ordination with company sales staff regarding, credit, sales target.
Cash Handling & issuance, posting & ledger and Preparation of Profit & Loss Account on monthly basis.
All Bank Dealing and Weekly Bank Reconciliation Statement.
Monthly budgeting & forecasting of distribution expenses.
Booking of Invoices, Accruals, Prepayment and other adjusting entries for the month end closing.
Whole sale dealing Orders, Payments & problem matters
Handling Key Accounts (Whole sale, LR & LMT) handle Orders and Payment matters.
Primary and secondary target achieve monthly and quarterly basis.
Daily market visit along with respective Order Booker to ensure product availability and visibility.
