Funds Planning & Budgeting. Evaluation of and advice on investment/ projects proposals
Creation, development, and structuring of new innovations financial models for new ideas
within property development market
Working knowledge of raising capital beyond traditional lines of credit
Mergers and acquisitions and investor relations
Executive experience with SaaS business models and their associated revenue recognition
Manage finance personnel and oversee financial IT systems, ensuring compliance with all
applicable Financial Accounting Standards Board, Internal Revenue Service, State
Attorney General, and other relevant regulations
Responsible, either directly or by managing staff, for all cash management, investments,
insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting helping to drive the company’s financial
strategy and hiring needs.
Coordinate the development of the annual operating, capital, and program budgets, and
reporting against the same
Ensure cash flow is compatible with company operations, by overseeing the day-to-day
accounting, recording, reporting, and internal control activities of the organization
Lead the development and use of best-practice policies, practices, and tools that ensure a
a well-controlled yet flexible organization with strong fiscal management, project
management, cross-team communications, and workflow
Comply with federal, state, and local financial requirements by studying existing and new
legislation, enforcing compliance, and taking action

The Fauji Foundation is a trust set up for the welfare of ex-servicemen and their dependents.  It is incorporated under The Charitable Endowments Act, 1890. Its aim and structure of governance is given in the Scheme of Administration as notified by the Government of Pakistan. Fauji Foundation extends services in the fields of health, education, technical & vocational training. This is achieved through 11 hospitals, 24 medical centers, 80 mobile & static dispensaries, 98 schools, 2 colleges, and 75 technical & vocational training centers.

PRCS endeavors to acquire the status of a well functioning NS in order to alleviate the suffering of the most vulnerable by an ongoing and systematic approach of Capacity building and Organizational Development integrated with other programs of the NS. PRCS has launched efforts to strengthen its legal base, improve the quality of planning and implementation, effectively and efficiently manage, develop and mobilize the financial and human resources to deliver services to the vulnerable.
