16 years of experience working in humanitarian and development projects with different INGOs/NGOs in Pakistan. Experience in education, adult literacy, entrepreneurship, vocational training, child labor prevention, community development in conflict and development settings. Collaborated with local partners and consortiums, clusters, government departments and local communities. Experience with funding from USAID, EU, ECHO, SDC, UNICEF, Swiss Solidarity, Caritas Austria and Caritas Germany. Demonstrated skills in project design, management, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
Currently working on education projects with Catholic Relief Services (CRS) in Pakistan. CRS receives funding from the US Bureau of population Refugees and Migration (BPRM) and private funding. CRS works with the Ministry of Education, donors, partners, and Pakistani and Afghan communities to improve access and quality of education.
Led the education needs assessments, including appropriate tools development, analysis of the data and compiling assessment reports.
Led the education proposal development process for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and supported Sindh education team for the proposal development.
