 Study, review and fully understand job packages content and work scopes within the area
 Turnaround Mechanical Planner
 Study and verify of the BOQ through Drawings
 Perform Job walk / site verification to ensure job packages are fully complete and satisfactory.
 Identify/review require material
 Identify resource and equipment requirement
 Identify critical path for the area,
 Plan and lead his specific area team to meet the target set.
 To create the contingency plan for critical equipment.
 To ensure all the task in his area are scheduled properly.
 Details plan for each job including the crane requirement for lifting activities.
 Working closely with Material Coordinator to ensure all ordered materials are according to specification and
delivered on schedule.
 Ensure team members are aware their duties and responsibilities.
 Prepare and submit progress reports and Strength Report as and when require.
 Co-ordination with other departments like Planning. QC, HSE, EI , Rigging and Folding
 Making of Request for Inspection (RIT) and verifying it with the co-ordination of execution team
