•Communicating with customer (Nike), its LO office, international suppliers and all internal departments both vertically and horizontally to make end to end supply chain strong. •Planning, ordering and procurement of imported raw material from Nike approved vendors (NAVs) located in different countries. •Buy/order acceptance from Nike after MOQ, Lead Time, Buy Ready analysis. •Verifying FOB price of finished garment at the time of buy placement and taking up the discrepant prices with Nike for rectification so that goods can be shipped with the correct locked FOB price that is set before the buy placement. •Forecast analysis and planning to fulfill future demand efficiently and also to facilitate production to maintain a continuous production flow. •Keeping sufficient stock in-hand to meet forecasted demand and re-order to maintain an efficient replenishment cycle. •Preparing supplier performance scorecards periodically and present to top management as well as to Nike. •Collaborating with stakeholders involved in end to end supply chain from material’s procurement to dispatch of final product. •Closing raw material balances in system through ERP before induction of garments to secure OTT. •Follow up with factory and supplier’s logistic teams for consolidation & swift shipment arrival. •Monitoring timely payments of the procured raw material. •Conducting production recap meetings with the upper management of production lines and expediting the finish good deliveries as per the GAC provided by Nike. •Coordination with production unit heads to know and resolve issues related to Nike productions. •Working with internal quality and Nike Product Integrity teams for garment audit results. •Follow up with export team for finished goods shipment delivery and arrival at Nike nominated consolidator.
