Roles and Responsibilities…
· Supervise the team in the district,
· Ensure implementation of the project activity as per Program Implementation Manual
· Form the CIs\' Procurement Committees
· Assist the CIs to plan procurement of productive assets for identified beneficiaries
· Consolidate CIs\' procurement plan and share with SRSO Head Office for approval
· Review the Livelihood Investment Plans and guide the team make corrections if any
· Share the summary of finalized LIPs with Program Manager.
· Maintain and share the procurement progress report with DM and PM.
· Assist Procurement Committees in procurement process of productive assets.
· Ensure proper asset distribution and report the progress on prescribed formats.
· Ensure timely payments to the vendors.
· Ensure proper documentation at CI and Office level.
. According to M&E plan applying tools to measure output level indicators in the field.
2. Helping Sr. MEAL officer to design monitoring tools.
3. Monitoring activities in the fields.
4. Monthly updating indicator tracking table and beneficiary data matrix.
5. Validating data consistency, quality and clarity.
6. Helping Sr. MEAL Officer do critical analysis of the all the reports and data to identify issues, capture trends and document lessons learned. Guidance to individual projects. Close integration with report writing teams to assure that lessons learned captured in reports and are understood by field staff.
7. Supporting Sr. MEAL Officer to build capacities of MEAL team and Project staff in monitoring system, tools and guidelines.
8. Supervising the implementation of study designs at the field level.
9. Supporting learning events project site.
10. Supporting opportunities of learning and collaboration at the area program level.
11. Ensuring community complaints and feedback is documented properly.
12. Investigating complaints and feedback is addressed in compliance to program accountability framework requirements. ,
. Responsible to design, plan and implement community mobilization activities in targeted
area.
2. Responsible to identify gaps and timely share feedback with PM.
3. Facilitate field based activities, training, workshops and donors visits for assuring of quality of program implementation.
