 ·          Analysis of the context (local culture, traditions, habits, health perception) to adapt health activities and support the social mapping (villages, populations, actors) related to WASH and emergencies projects. (shelter, Hygiene & livelihoods)
·          Define and update the HP/IEC strategy and related activities through annual project and budget plan (objectives, target population, campaigns, messages, activities, specific actions, etc.)
·          Identify indicators in order to monitor HP activities results, achievement and use the concrete tools to measure and follow up those activities
·          Supervise the HP/IEC team and their activities, in and outside health facilities, reporting difficulties and progress as well as adapting format and content when necessary
·          Assess, develop and adapt HP/IEC materials according to the needs of the project. Ensure content and format have been pre-tested with target groups in order to ensure the adequacy, relevance, full understanding of the messages
·          Liaise with other relevant actors (national and International NGO’s, authorities) also involved in prevention activities, analyzing interventions and building cooperative relationships and advocacy, in order to enhance the influence
·          Plan and supervise the HR associated processes (recruitment, training, evaluation, development and internal communication) of the IEC / HP staff of the project. This will be done in close coordination with the HR department, the administration manager and project coordinator and according to MSF vision, values and procedures
·          Ensure regular collaboration and coordination with the MSF medical team, to guarantee that the HP is part of medical activities and contribute to the medical objectives of the project.
·          Participates in the monthly reports according to guidelines (SitReps, statistical reports, etc.)

·         Support in preparation of documents to obtain study approval from all local relevant authorities, including drug license importation
·         Review and ensure conformity with local requirements and Good Clinical Practice GCP requirements all trial documents relevant to the site, including the study protocol, the patient information leaflet, informed consent form ICF etc.
·         Manage translations, as required, Participate in recruitment of site staff & contracts with vendors
·         Ensure completion of logistical preparation for the trial site
·         Ensure that all study staff is trained according to the protocol, operating procedures and GCP
·         Ensure with the pharmacist that study drugs will be available at dispensing site according to trial schedule, are stored according to trial standards and that drug accountability is organized on recruitment site and at the pharmacy
·         Ensure that quality assurances are in place according to the requirements from the laboratory coordinator for TB laboratories and with other laboratories for clinical lab tests Initiate the Investigator Site File ISF and ensure that all essential documents to start the recruitment
·         Provide support to clinical investigators with subject recruitment in accordance with protocol, effective SOP, GCP and applicable regulatory requirements
·         Collaborate with the internal monitor to ensure that site staff is compliant with GCP , applicable regulations, particularly in ethical issues and in agreement with protocol and effective SOPs
·         Monitor study progress and prepare monthly progress report Ensure that any new staff hired after study initiation is been trained in GCP and study protocol
·         Ensure data is recorded, handled, stored and reported accurately and promptly and confidentiality is maintained
·         Provide patient data collected in eCRF, SAEs and other notifiable events and screening log to central research team and external monitor or any audit, when required
·         Coordinate study visits for all study participants
·         Supervise study nurses, treatment supporters, data manager and other site positions essential to the implementation of the endTB clinical trial
·         Be in constant communication with the Site Principal Investigator PI, Central Study
·         Coordinator and the central research team for to update of Trails update

·         Provide direction and support to program (WASH, Health and Education) teams to adhere all quality standards during the project implementation.
·         Development of WASH technical proposals with the integration of other sectors on the bases of ground assessments – installation of Hand Pumps, RO Plants, Community based latrines, Health and Hygiene sessions, WASH trainings etc.
·         Technical assistance to project Engineers and Supervisors running projects (installation of 400 Hand pumps, 4 RO Plants, water filtrations pants, Tube Wells and Water reservoirs – Supervision of Mobile Medical Camps and health facility with the support of health coordinator along with supervisors field team (total# 30 Staff)
·         Development of IEC material – WASH, Education and Health with the collaboration of s=other stakeholders
·         Liaison with regional program manager for implementation of field activities as per guidance and work plan.
·         Ensure smooth and optimum function of the programs/project, using personal initiative to push the programs/project into the future and optimized activities. 
·         Prepare and review budgets of the project in consultation with operations and finance team. 
·         Facilitate and conduct the process of orientation and time-to-time capacity building of the project team.
·         Constantly coordinate and reinforce training confidence of the team by engaging regularly in outreach activities. 
·         Support in creating partnerships and mutually beneficial collaboration with other services providers, NGO’s and Govt. Departments. 
·         Write all program/projects progress report, project need assessment report, proposal development, finances and budgets, cover sheets and feedbacks.
·         Develop and maintain the program/project management systems in the field offices and promotes team-base, participatory, information sharing and learning from experience environment among project team, consultants and partner organizations. 
·         Develop and present weekly, monthly, annual and project based interventional work plans of the field activities. 
·         Develop the framework for program/project M&E to ensure the quality of the work, process monitoring of activities, review of plans and facilitate in reporting to donor organization as per recommended format. 
·         Coordinate with regional/area of project financial team for all funds provided by MH in a transparent and auditable way and spend in accordance with policy and procedure. 
·         Prepare and provide relevant material for promotion e.g. case studies, event repots, success stories and communication/briefs. 
·         Facilitate involvement of all stakeholders and local community in a project

·         Planning, Implementation and Management of health promotion session and education activities in 200 schools, FGDs and awareness campaigns through the IEC material
·         Managing 40 project staff and overall regional activities including the field and region offices  
·         Coordination with line department’s communities, (I) NGOs. (PHED, Education and District Administrations)
·         Provide technical assistance to field managers during the implementation of soft and hard project activities and monitoring of the field staff through regular monitoring and evaluation.
·         Preparationof different local approach for the effective session delivery with the support of IEC-HP material. (updating of available soft/hard material for the field staff)
·         Preparation of annual budget breakup plans (aims, # of beneficiaries, Hygiene walks in the community and schools, cleaning campaigns, key messages and action plans.
·         Assess the local HP practices of the community and learners with duly respect of the culture norms and values. 
·         Preparation of MPR/MIS, mid-term analysis and annual reports.

·         Conducted pre and post assessments (KAP)WASH of targeted communities and prepared the results for the designing of the project activities.
