• Develop new factory for high quality product,
• Monthly production and quality issue meeting with vendor/factory/ internal QA team,
• Develop and training DQA/IA for factory self-inspection.
• Training factory/vendor team for right quality right time.
• Quality process control and standardization.
• Monitor Quality performance all Production units of the group.

• Receive inquiries and samples from our head office, study and finalize about where we should make the sample. To see our certification requirement.
• After choose Company, we are discussing with Factory Management, and arrange meeting for sample development.
• Provide fabric for sampling after follow fabric sourcing procedure.
• When sample is ready, check as per standard accordingly.
• Take best price from factory as per Maceton procedure.
• When Sample is approved, we are negotiating in price with Company and place the orders.
• To make daily status of development with Price, and report to Senior Management.
