Key responsibilities included
Cost calculation & cost reduction for all items.
Handling Petty Cash & updating Cash Payment vouches on daily bases. Handling all freights inwards and issuing GRN for materials.
Handling all freights outwards and issuing Delivery Challans and maintain record of all delivery challan.
Order Handling to make sure all orders are manufactured and dispatched correctly on time.
Daily Production report update and submitting it to Management on daily bases.
Payroll calculation for salaries & wages including overtime.
Issuance of stock to shop floor for manufacturing of corrugated boxes and tray on daily bases and receiving of finished products to store on daily bases.
Issuance of Sale Invoices to customer & forward it to customers. Handling Scrap & issuance sales bill and delivery challans for scraps and updating ledger accordingly.
Freight ledger updating on daily bases as per transport company

● Process BoM for Airside Units including modular and customized units consisting of Air Handlers & Fan Coil Units.● Manually Calculation of Drive Package for each Air Handling Unit as per air flow required in Fan selections.● Manually Calculation & entry into the system of Media & Sheet Metal Quantity required for Wet Deck humidifiers.● Manual calculation of media & sheet metal if sound attenuators are required as per Unit Drawing.● Calculation of UV lamps if required & make sure to add into iScala for respective Air Handling Units.● Manually Calculate Screws & Fasteners required for each Air Handling Unit.● Generating Coil Bill of Material for each coil as per required specifications.● If End Sheets are required in Stainless as per drawing, calculate sheet metal for end sheets manually & add into iScala for each unit.● Calculation & keeping record of Gross Profit for each Air Handling unit.● Nexus software had many bugs likes sheet Metal size correction was required for each unit to reduce scrap. If 2 Poles or dual speed motors required for any unit manually, we need to add into the BoM, Plug Fans & Motors if required in Unit drawing should be manually added into the BoM.● Issuance of "Engineering Change Note" if any changes required in the BoM after issuing BoM for procurement & keeping record of issued "Engineering Change Note".● For Month Closing cross checking Gross Profit for each unit & handing over the dispatch notes with remarks to Planning department.● For standard Air Handle Units manually calculating all profiles, panels, Panel supports, Drive packages, screws & Fasteners and adding into iScala.● For Standard Air Handle Units issuing Shop drawings with complete panel details to Production Department for manufacturing.● Coordinate with Planning department to ensure proper processing & closure of work orders ● Assisting Marketing Department for MLO related issues.● Handling RTU BoM processing on inte
