Monitoring vaccinators scheduled Plan of vaccination for selecting areas and give in monthly Schedules. Making sure of vaccinator following his monthly schedule program or not. Conduct far reach sessions in (SMT areas) with support of (LHws and Local Ngos) in order to cover maximum number of defaulter and Zero dose child vaccines. Monitoring and audit the record of on fix and Outreach site of vaccinator weather to registers (Daily and Permanent) update or not and directing to update the record. Monitoring the expiries of Antigens (TT,Penta,MCV,Rotta,IPV,Pcv.OPV) and monitor the temperature of Antigens and make sure to temperature of ILR is same as per SOPs to avoid wastage of Antigen while outreach field and fix site. Report on daily basis the performance of Ucs to DMRO and DHO of EPI. Update database record of EPI visits daily basis and retune immunization held here at district level and Taluka level.
