Monitor EOBI (Employee Old Age Benefits Institution), ESSI (Employee Social Security Institution) & Education Cess payments and ensure compliance by coordinating with relevant government agencies.
Coordination with advocates and government agencies for company litigation cases.
Monthly testing of different company units for smooth audits of departments.
Monitor and ensure departmental compliance i.e. Staff JD\'s, Leaves Record, P-files availability.
