• Manage 180 residents (students) and ministerial staff of the orphanage.
• Direct all the ministerial staff.
• Approve the staff duty roster and also approve their leaves.
• Manage office and organizational supplies, stocks and place orders.
• Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential organizational documents.
• Answer queries by employees and residents students of orphanage.
• Update office policies as needed.
• Arrange travel and accommodations for the senior management as required.
• Organize in-house and external events.
• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
• Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts.
• Secure all exits, doors and windows after end of operations.
• Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property.
• supervise the day to day activities of the Mess, to the benefit of all members and residents.
• Efficient management of the Mess which caters breakfast, lunch and dinner for up to 200 mess members and accommodates 10 live-in members.
• Managing a team of four cooks, ensuring a smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Implement and maintain the Statutory and Company standards of hygiene, health and safety and take any action as is necessary.
• Monitoring cleanliness of the orphanage i.e.(rooms, offices,mess, washrooms, playing area, masjid etc).
• Building maintenance, including electrical work , wood work, equipment maintenance etc.
• Ensuring the washing of linen and uniform as per standard.
• Manage record and maintenance of office vehicles.
• Sourcing materials, goods, prdoucts and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
• Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships.
• Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.
• Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services.
• Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries.
• Examine and test existing contracts.
Dealing with routine business operations of the organization.
Maintaining as well as organizing records and files.
Maintaining the Databases of the organization.
