I am a highly motivated development professional equipped with MPhil degree in Anthropology from Quaid-i- Azam University, Islamabad. My expertise include research (qualitative and quantitative), Research design and planning, management, supervision and monitoring, coordination, mobilization and report writing. I have been working on varies projects of different organizations such as British Council, UNICEF, OPM, WaterAid, GIZ, NIPS, AAN Associates and WWF. During my studies, I have completed various research projects and also participated/organized different seminars and conferences.
I have been working with Oxford Policy Management (OPM) as Field Researcher/Logistic Coordinator on the following projects and programs from 2017 till date.

As Logistic Coordinator/Field Researcher, I performed the following duties:
o Managed and Supervised field data collection team
o Provided administrative and logistical support during field activities/events (transportation, venue bookings and invoice management etc.)
o Facilitated field team in data collection (FGDs, KIIs, IDIs and Community Dialogues).
