1) Unloading incoming SKD and start checking quantity of material
according to packing list and delivery Chillan. After receiving BOM from PMC, warehouse will start to prepare material.
2) After received material from China, check quantity and if found any
Material shortage, (mark on the packing list and timely feedback to PMC
Department and IQE).
3) Make standards for SFG and FG receive Process, ensure receive on
time. Warehouse keeper check material information written on “Product in voucher” and check physically and make sure that all information is correct and then store in SFG/FG storage area in warehouse and update bin cards.
4) Ensure good, reject, scrap material handover from production smoothly. The formulation and modification process. According to the document receive and issue material, update BIN card.
5) Ensure warehouse all material physical Qt. and ERP Qt. is same. File audit and revised, carry out inventory process, output inventory result. Speed up warehouse scrap material dispose, let the money back, and reduce storage area. Every day provide plant material data, responsible for TTE plant material dispose.
