Mainly responsible to ensure the O & M operation end to end , Responsible for 1500 Sites IGT Network operation , SLA , Fuel , Spares, Cost , Quality Control QHSE etc.

Mainly responsible to ensure the NOC operation & management from start to Reconcile phase of SLA, Finalization of penalties based the performance of network availability. Ensuring the uptime of all BTS tower Approx. 910 Sites .
Primarily accountable to ensure the Fuel management from start to Reconcile level for Approx. 690 Sites for Different Clients and operators & Ensure there is minimum loss of fuel in field, less penalties from Client Etc.
+ Managing and executing telecom infrastructure development projects for start-ups, large organisations, developing technical resources & solutions for greater value addition and increased margins.
+ Carrying out advance planning for resource mobilisation, manpower deployment and rendering technical support. Ensuring the execution of projects within time.
