Mainly responsible to ensure the  O & M operation end to end , Responsible for 1500 Sites IGT Network operation , SLA , Fuel , Spares, Cost , Quality Control QHSE etc.
Functional Strengths & Core Skills:

+ As O&M Manager, managing IGT projects having 1500 site in Southern Myanmar
+ Planning, Executing and monitoring new O&M project setup from scratch that provides managed services in different states of Myanmar.
+ Review Monthly finance Report to check monthly revenue and GM (Gross Margin).
+ Ensure that All Asset on Sites and New Capex installed is Well Working to avoid penalties.
+ Looking after functional units of department including refuelling, site infra and NOC
+ Meeting with new /existing clients for business tapping
+ End to end responsibility of ensuring network availability to the satisfaction of customer
+ Responsible for Energy management (Refuelling, EPC bill submission & collection), Site management and O&M activities.
+ Managing and follow up for operational invoices, PRs & POs with client /subcontractor.
+ Implementation of effective cost management by assigning monthly budgets to regions for operational needs.
+ Managing Regional managers for efficient utilization of resources including manpower, monthly budgets for regions, vehicles etc.
+ Coordination with Power vendors to ensure AC and DC availability for sites through timely rectification/replacements    of EM controllers, modems, modules etc.
+ Conducting internal management meeting on monthly basis with Regional Managers and coordinators for new actions, plan for better performance and feedbacks for improvement.
+ Presenting weekly/monthly Performance report to Country Head and Project head discussions on current performance, action plans which later on shares with CEO and Group management.
+ Conduct monthly site audits in regions to ensure better quality of sites and measurement of team performance. Also visits the regional warehouses / stores for audits of stock.
+ Responsible for implementation of QHSE procedures & implementation with no violation
+ Ensure timely and proper completion of monthly PM Plan
+ Get the quality DG overhauling from the competent vendor/in house team, on load checking of Overhauled DG to confirm the quality of overhauling?

Mainly responsible to ensure the NOC operation & management from start to Reconcile phase of SLA, Finalization of penalties based the performance of network availability. Ensuring the uptime of all BTS tower Approx. 910 Sites .
Primarily accountable to ensure the Fuel management from start to Reconcile level for Approx. 690 Sites for Different Clients and operators & Ensure there is minimum loss of fuel in field, less penalties from Client Etc.

+ Managing and executing telecom infrastructure development projects for start-ups, large organisations, developing technical resources & solutions for greater value addition and increased margins.
+ Carrying out advance planning for resource mobilisation, manpower deployment and rendering technical support. Ensuring the execution of projects within time.
+ Planning and effecting predictive & preventive maintenance schedules of equipment installed. Conducting periodic checks and acceptance tests to ensure performance of various equipment.
+ Supervision of proactively identifying areas of obstruction/defects and conducting service and repair to rectify the equipment faults.
+ Reviewing engineering drawings, technical specifications, cost estimates for installation & commissioning of the networks. Identifying project bottlenecks and undertaking corrective measures.
+ Liaising with client and vendors to study the AC/DC power system requirement. Ensure clean housekeeping of rectifier, generator and battery rooms.
+ Initiating, developing & maintaining relationships with customers and clients and emphasize on quality delivery of work that can bring repeat business and increase sales.
+ Taking Feedback on High Consumption Sites, theft issues and setting the action plan for such cases to mitigate the fuel pilferage.
+ Ensuring the Performance of Fuel saving Equipment’s installed by Client to control the Excessive fuel usage.
+ Conducting Random audit in field for different projects to ensure the Quantity and Improving the Fuel delivering system keeping the EPC and other factor under observation
+ Implement fuel security processes in order to minimize opportunities for fraud and/or corruption.

+ Identifying sites with excessive OPEX costs – mainly associated with excessive DG runtime.
