Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervision of the marketing team’s routine tasks & ensuring that procedures are being followed.
Supervising the M-Tag corporate accounts.
Ensuring the delivery of registered M-Tags to the client’s premises and reporting.
Providing necessary information to the clients regarding motorways operations and facilities.
Collecting the daily IT and cash flow reports and sending to the headquarter.
Preparing month-end reports and presenting to the authorities.
Handling the complaints and/or any other issues, ensuring their proper reporting and that timely actions are being taken.
Facilitating the daily shift closing procedure.
Ensuring the prior reporting of necessary office supplies & equipment and their availability.
Coordinating with senior authorities for any issues/office requirements or improvements.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Administration
General office administration, supervision of support staff, handling of day to day Administrative tasks of head office and the area offices, ensuring that company’s policies, procedures & SOP’s are being observed and followed.
Identify needs & gaps to bring any changes to improve the procedures/systems relating to general office administration.
HR Services
Supervision of entire human resources. Management of daily operations, new recruitments, and public relations.
Act as HR’s first point of contact dealing with client companies’ management officials for general queries, services updates, and/or legal affairs.
Work in collaboration with the senior management to ensure quality HR services to staff, HR teams, HR coordinator setups & the clients through visits and/or distant support & assuring follow-ups to maintain service quality standards.
Updating & developing company policies & procedures, SOP’s and Process workflow models, their implementation and ensuring that employees are well informed of the policies and procedures, SOP’s, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
Ensuring legal compliance with various related government institutions (i.e. EOBI, Social Security Institution, Workers Welfare Board etc.).
Providing support to senior management on employee relations & HR issues in line with the company policies including conflicts, disciplinary actions, misconducts & grievance handling, performance issues.
Employee onboarding, and training.
Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel.
Conducting performance reviews & designing training programs as and when required.
Promotions, transfers and termination procedures supervision and issuing mandatory letters, notifications & circulars as and when required.
Handling disputes, Misconducts, Grievances and administering disciplinary procedures.
HR budget preparation.
Collaborating with senior management in policy development, SOP’s & works flow charts designing.
Recruitment & Selection
Identify staff requirements, recruit, interview and select applicants against set criteria and/or as per clients ‘requirements.
Assuring that all mandatory joining formalities and documentation is complete.
Facilitating new employee’s on-boarding procedures, Orientations & Mentoring of new staff.
Personnel Records Management
Ensure personnel record files are actively maintained, up-to-date and are in accordance with organization policies for staff members with appropriate confidentiality, and ensuring their expedite retrieval.
Ensuring data entry into various HR-related database systems (i.e. HRIS, EOBI online facilitation system, health insurance, Social Security & Gratuity databases).
Updating Man Power lists and resource deployment models
Monitoring employee turnover & preparing employee turnover (ETO) reports on a monthly basis.
Payroll Administration
Administration of employees’ payroll using human resource information system (HRIS), employee timesheets, overtime, bonus & increments, maintaining the absence & leave records.
Employee claims processing and correspondence. (i.e. medical/expense or other).
Administration of EOBI (using EOBI’s online facilitation system), Social Security, Worker’s Welfare Fund (WWF), Education cess & Gratuity payments, and ensuring legal compliance with related government institutions.
Procurement Handling
Procurement of supplies and services for the head office and the area offices, keeping stock lists and distribution of supplies to the head office and area offices as per requirements, ensuring that staff and the area offices are well informed of the incoming procured goods or services.
Ensuring that procurement process is fair and open, basic needs are met and related policies & SOP’s are being followed.
Fleet Operations Handling
Fleet operations reporting including vehicles in-out, fueling, repair & maintenance, vehicle statement preparation, ensuring vehicles documentation, tax tokens, and driver’s licenses are up-to-date & valid, and vehicle’s internal equipment (tools, etc.) are complete and serviceable,
Arrangement and authorization of vehicle transportation for official visits.
Ensuring that the fleet is engaging correctly and maintained appropriately, damages are reported and that all the policies & SOP’s relating to vehicle and driver’s safety & security are being observed.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Administration of day-to-day operations of the hospital and the clinic, ensuring coordination among departments that they function as one unit.
Ensuring that medical facilities run efficiently & in compliance with the hospital policies & government regulations to deliver quality health services.
Establish & administer SOP’s & ensuring that they are uniformly understood & being followed.
Scheduling appointments for various procedures, processing invoices & insurance forms and preparing reports.
Organizing medical records & histories, manage filing system, storage and security of documents and ensuring their expedited retrievals.
Personnel records management, staff attendance, leave records & payroll administration.
Dealing with personnel issues and the hiring of staff as and when required.
A two month’s rotational internship was done at Pakistan Tobacco Company Limited, Akora Khattak Factory.
During internship period, a project was assigned by the HR dept, where verification & development of company’s’ ex-employees database was required; The project was completed & handed over to HR department in due course of time.
