Manages all administrative, logistical and support services at the hospital, in collaboration with
related office departments.
 Assist the Medical Team in ensuring that MSF protocols are applied in all departments, as required by
the Medical Focal Point (MFP). Assumes MFP responsibilities in the absence of MFP.
 Contribute to discussions on project objectives and implementation as a member of the hospital and
project management teams.
 Ensures the quality of the treatment to the patients and the care takers.
 Supervises dispensary staff to ensure proper reporting, storage and delivery of medical supplies.

o   Support planning, implementation, trainings and monitoring of surveillance activities (for AFP and VPI diseases) to ensure achievement/maintenance of certification standards.
o   Support development and strengthening of routine immunization via proper micro-planning for RED approach, monitoring and reporting for corrective measures.
o   Support supplementary immunization activities in preparations, implementation and monitoring of supplementary immunization activities including micro-planning, training and monitoring and timely analysis of data and its use for corrective action
o    Oversee activities of national support staff recruited by WHO working in the Polio eradication activities.

o   Support district health authorities in ensuring that there is a system in place for comprehensive AFP case detection and response.
o    Provide technical support to pre-campaign activities particularly planning, preparing and monitoring the quality of area level Micro-planning, at the union council, tehsil and districts levels.
o    Assist in the various aspects to ensure development, maintenance, and monitoring of routine EPI, and participate in SIAs related to other EPI diseases.

o   Support district health authorities in ensuring that there is a system in place for comprehensive AFP case detection and response.

o   Manage & Operationalize the Occupational Health Center.
o   Consult, diagnose and Treat employees of ITL for occupational and other medical issues.
Manage & Implement medical Screening & Campaigns for non-communicable diseases.

o    Assist the HOD in planning and managing the team for health helpline operations.
o    Assist in Supervision, facilitation & assessment of Telehealth program on online application protocols and procedures.
o   Assist in monitoring and evaluation process of call center quality services based on standard procedures and policies.
o    Assist the team in implementation of the marketing and communication plans.
o   Assist in leading the team for creation, updating and operationalization of Health Director.

o    Provision of emergency medical care to patients on board for ambulance service and RTA management onsite.

o   Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics & Orthopedics departments learning for OPD, Emergency, Ward duty to manage and treat patients and complete all instructions of senior medical officers.
