• Prepare Consolidated Target VS Purchase Report monthly and yearly basic all Dealers.
• Prepare Incentive Policy documents all dealers.
• Enter Dispatch notes in ERP, received from Otsuka Pakistan Limited and Shahzeb Pharmaceutical Limited. Prepared sales order, delivery Challan, invoices.
• Provide information regarding dispatches to Outstations dealers and other quires on phone/call & letter.
• Coordinate with accounts departments in outstation dealers south and north dealers regarding Payments.
• Resolve up-country dealers issues and conflicts related to stock interchange,
Invoicing, stock dispatching and other issue.
• Enhancement of dealer’s network for betterment of Sales Target, etc
• Follow-up of all orders dispatch timely from OPL & HSC warehouse’s and reach at distributors.
• Contract and market negotiations with transportation carriers.
• Prepare Presentation Sales and Targets Review meeting on monthly basic.
• Prepared order of up-country dealers as per their monthly and yearly target from our warehouse which is allocated by Otsuka Pakistan Limited.
• Prepared purchase order related to all parties and transfer order to branches.
• Resolve wrong dispatched matters and revise invoices when needed.
• Prepared circulars and letters regarding schemes.
• Prepared circulars and letters on Inpage format for all parties, branches and internal letter.
• Prepare summary of pending dispatched note and orders of OPL for South dealers.
• Prepare HSC leakage & breakage claim.
• Prepare Goods Return documents.
