Technical Services Representative
I am providing technical services to our customer HYUNDAI NISHAT MOTOR where I am managing troubleshooting on the line side and supply chain management.
I am thoroughly involved in the following tasks:
Technical Services to Ensure Smooth Production and resolve customer issues without delaying production.
CED line troubleshooting & testing at the HNMPL site, also ensure to send weekly basis samples to KPP lab testing and monthly for KPJ lab testing for cross-checking. Results will be shared with the customer.
Ensure smooth & defect-free production flow of topcoat and bumper lines.· Monitor and record the data of the Topcoat Line (Temperature, Humidity, Viscosity, DFT, Gloss, Adhesion, etc.)
Coordination with the HNMPL Planning team and provide the color-wise monthly production plan to our Production department.
Manage paint supplies as per schedule and requirement and also follow FIFO & LIFO for better Stock Management.
Ensure Color matching of body and bumper and adjust accordingly and achieve zero mismatch complaints from the last 8 months.
Successful trials & mass production of New Colors as Per Customer requirements.
If faces any issues on the line side related to painting then coordinate with the plant technical team and resolve these issues with their help and focused on these problems in the manufacturing of new Batches.
Monitoring of competitor’s activity.
Maintained good relationships with the customer.

During my internship, I observed and learned working of different types of boilers and about discrete pumps & valves associated with it, I also observed and studied RO (Reverse Osmosis) Plant.
