o Hands on Experience with following Cisco Routers and Switches :
o Router: Basic Configuration and monitoring of Cisco 2500, 2600, 1800.
o Switches: Basic Configuration and VLAN setup on Cisco 1900, 2950,2960.
o Active Directory Implementation & Maintenance.
o Remote Administration and Support using Damware, TeamViewer, Any Desk.
o Excellent communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate with staff who aren\'t technically trained.
o Teamwork skills and the ability to feel comfortable working with different teams, clients and groups of staff across an organization.
