Infrastructural Project Construction of Storm Water Drainage Network (75km) for DHA Karachi.

I am working with Military Engineer Services as Site Engineer and Coordinator my responsibilities include managing different parts of construction projects, supervising crew members, preparing estimates for time and material costs, completing quality assurance, observing health and safety standards, and compiling reports for different stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:
● Reviewed and responded to documents including construction program and construction activities submitted by the contractors, in cooperation with Resident Engineers;
● Provided early warnings and identification of technical and site issues that may result in construction claims;
● Assisted and cooperated with Project Manager and relevant engineers to settle claims and issue certificates for whole contracts and
● Prepared and submitted all required reports and documents particularly for contract administration, together with maintenance of records of payments and disbursement, attendance at Contractors’ progress and measurements meetings and any special meetings with the employer.
●Ensure that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
●Work closely with Company employees, project supervisors, owners, external teams and support people to get commitments regarding PM\'s managerial and supervisory requests.
●Preparation of claims, EOTs, variation orders under FIDIC. 
●Participate in project meetings and discussions with client & consultant about the project progress & execution disputes etc.
