• Manage overall production activities on plant including monitoring process, procedures as per plans and executing production schedules shipment plans & ensuring safety and most effective & efficient means are used to achieve targets & goals.
• Comply with all HSE rules and regulations by the implementation of MSM (MIDAS SAFETY MANAGEMENT) to ensure own and others\' health and safety at all times.

• Ensure 100% compliance of annual risk assessment plan, permit to work (PTW), C-Level talks & safety-related training.

1. Reduction of rejection by application of Six Sigma methodology in the manufacturing process.
• Implemented the Lean & Six Sigma methodologies to standardize the operations.
• Analyzed rejected material and identified the top defects and root cause by using 7 QC tools.
• Reduced the rejection level up to 30% by the implementation of lean tools which resulted in a cost-saving of PRK 5 million/year.
2. Material Consumption Reduction and Effective Utilization of resources.
• Redeveloped the frequently running articles to reduce the material consumption and effective utilization of resources to decrease the material cost of the product which saves PKR 3 million/month.
3. Reduction of Rejection in Pre-delivery lot Inspection.
• Close monitoring of the process and analyzing the rejected material physically.
• Monitored the lot rejection reports daily & identified the root cause by using 7 QC tools.
• Tracking operator\'s sewing quality and operator-wise defects by in-line inspection. To monitor the level of quality in sewing lines for the reduction of defects at the source of generation.
• Reduced the reworking up to 13% by the implementation of lean tools and training.
