Job Objective:
Overall responsible for Operation of Rescue & Medical Service, Command & Control, Fleet Management, Scaling Up, Coordination/Liaison, Strategic review, Team building, Data driven, Monitoring and Impact.
Responsibilities:
• Implementation of pilot project in two rural districts of Sindh using Focused operational management/control and delivery of program as per program agreement.
• Coordinate with Government of Sindh specially department of Health to ensure the smooth implementation.
• Ensure the project funding released on time from department of Health, Government of Sindh.
• Strategically review program constantly to see what learnings and insights can be translated into best practices/thought leadership
• Develop the “Scale Up” plan to bring the pre-hospital emergency care services across the province.
• Go by the book on managing SPAS Project and keep determining the impact of services
• Be data driven – Make program and its staff more IT enabled in data capture, data analysis and decision-making. Create and update management dash board based on data capture from the field
Achievement: -
• Project successfully implemented and covered more than 115,000 pre-hospital emergencies
• Scale up plan developed based on the learning. For long term sustainable emergency service a new Public Limited Company formed under the umbrella of Government of Sindh to continue the pre-hospital emergency services in whole Sindh.

Plans, develops, implements, supervises and evaluates Community Health Program. Assures that program staff and community partners work effectively together toward defined goals and objectives of grant and project requirements. Develops program objectives and allocates resources to address identified needs. Utilizes professional public health skills in the management, supervision and delivery of Family Planning access to the targeted community. Coordinates internally and external stakeholder as necessary to promote Family Planning in the community. Advises the Aman Health Care Service and Project Management Unit community’s family planning trends and status. Performs related duties as assigned.

Job Objective:
• Develop a program management plan and ensure effective implementation of the model to meet program objectives;
• Develops and updates policies, procedures, protocols and standing orders with the staff as needed
• Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of program work plans and related planning documents;
• Develop and roll out system and process improvements for operations of the program;
• Provides consultation, supervision and professional/technical assistance to community health activities for assigned programs.
• Coordinate periodic reviews of program progress and redesign or redirect areas of work if they are not likely to achieve program objectives;
• Facilitate communication, engagement, and decision-making across a broad team and within. Manage appropriate communications platforms;
• Facilitates community mobilization through developing effective working relationships with partner agencies and individuals and groups that have an interest in serving the selected population
• Engage and manage relationships with the Aman Health Care Service, Project Management Unit, funding organization, partners, subcontractors, and consultants;
• Maintains knowledge of current trends, developments and evidence-based practices in the field.

Project Design, Execution and Coordination:
Support implement partner in strategic planning and indicator setting
Provide support the process of site selection, building local government linkages and facilitating close coordination with civil society stakeholders in the intervention areas
To provide high level field support to build synergies and ensure program success at the implementation level.
Promote synergies between programs including strengthening referrals and identifying common opportunities between all solution levers
Identify issues emerging, and facilitate trouble shooting as required and be an eyes and ears on the ground for PMU to ensure quality of interventions and accuracy of information
Develop linkages at Government Provincial and district office levels to ensure close coordination and information flow
Support all partner in implementation on program activities and joint work plan developed and implemented
Monitoring:
Develop a monitoring framework and a monitoring plan with all implementing partners to provide onsite visits for monitoring and support and track the progress
Support the development of a quality of care framework for SUKH and ensure that quality of care is integrated at all levels of program intervention
Establish record keeping mechanisms for the Project Management Unit monitoring function
Monitor issues of contraceptive supply at the service provider level, and facilitate contraceptive supply with government and other stakeholders
Advocacy:
Support all implementing partners in advocacy at local and regional level to insure program objectives are met, and the program is sustained and scaled
Form Technical Advisory Group “TAG” for SUKH and keep TAG member involve for technical assistance and scaling up Sukh best practice

• Seeks to influence social behaviors, not to benefit the marketer, but to benefit the target audience and the general society.
• To promote of family planning products, Oral Rehydration Therapy (ORT), iodized salt and use of sanitary pads etc. in non LHW area where hands worker (MARVI) deployed
• Facilitate in maintaining the Management Information System and database.
• Translate the innovative ideas of staff to concept papers and proposals.
• To conduct supportive supervision routinely and whenever it is required, clarify the particular assignments of the staff, to guide them towards improved performance and encouraging them to work with confidence.
• Provide technical support, optimal environment and leadership to team members in execution of project activities and for the sustainability of the program

Achievement: -
• 1000 MARVIs have been trained in 09 districts of Sindh and these MARVIs worked for health promotion as well as change agents for social marketing of tangible and non-tangible health products in marginalized communities.

Job Objective: -
• Implement Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) System including Recording, Reporting and Feedback System of FALAH project
• Monitor and validate the implementation of several interventions under the FALAH project resulted in significantly improvement in the quality of the activities.
• Liaison with DoH and PWD government of Sindh on regular basis
• Prepare monthly report & submit to Provincial / National coordinator’s office
• Coordinate with all the FALAH project team in seven district to create synergy
• Prepare narrative reports of projects field based finding and maintain data base of FALAH Projects

Job Objective: -
• To prepare the enabling environment for smooth execution on NCHD intervention in District
• To ensure the proper visibility and accessibility of NCHD in intervention district
• Develop and implement the Detailed Implementation Plan “DIP” at District level
• To monitor field activities and give feedback to General Manager & Field Coordinator
• To develop linkages with government line department, elected member and other stakeholders To develop linkages with EDO-CDD and arrange involve him in field activities/visits
• Develop the poll of volunteer in district and group them for different cause
• To coordinate with head office and VCD focal persons at provincial level

“Perinatal and New Born Care Project”, Aga Khan University. I worked in a research based intervention project of AKU, whose Principal Investigator (P.I.) is Dr. Zulfiqar Ahmed Bhutta. The aim of the project is to reduce neo-natal mortality by community health education and capacity building.

• Develop behavior change strategies after analyzing Knowledge, Attitude and Practices (KAP) data
