About 28 Years in Garment technology.



1)      Join Crescent Enterprises, Korangi Industrial Area in March 2015 in the capacity of Factory Manager and continue by January 2021. My core responsibilities were as follows.


·         Overall management of the factory production, social compliance, merchandising, quality assurance, industrial engineering, sample department and accessories and fabric warehouses.


·         Arrange workforce as required and general administration.



2)      Join A. Regalia Pvt. Ltd, Karachi Export Processing Zone in Feb 2011, in the capacity of Factory Manager and continue by March 2012. Here we are producing Dress shirts, Jeans washed shirts/Apron, Formal Trousers, Nightwear, Boxer Shorts and Cotton Twill Aprons for Europe and Americans buyers. We are a leading fashion brand in Pakistan known as Cotton and Cotton in local market, and producing shirts, Trousers and miscellaneous item for our OUTLETS.



·         Here my responsibility was to execute order and follow-up cut to pack accordingly.


·          Arrange meeting with departmental heads regarding achieving of sales targets.


·         Ensure accessories/fabric should be in-house as per planning schedule.


·         Discuss strategic planning with the Director for local and export sale.


·          It is also my responsibility is to hire and manage workforce as required and look after admin issues of the factory.


·         Maintain merchandise quality level at zero defects.

3)       Join Rabia garment, small industrial area Landhi in March 2008 in the capacity of Factory Manager and continue by January 2011. Here we produce five pockets jeans and miscellaneous item in woven and Knits fabric. Here my responsibility was as,



  • Manage quality from sample developing to shipment for each order.

  • Production Planning and Control.




4)      Join Al-Munaf Corporation, S.I.T.E. Karachi, in 04th September 2006 in the capacity of Manager Production and planning and continue by May 31,2007, here I was responsible to look after entire production, production planning and coordination with heads of Merchandising, Quality, Fabric store, Stitching departments to run the factory operation smoothly. I was also responsible to manage fabric dyeing plan and arrange fabric inspection before issuing it to cutting department.

5)      Join Almeda Textile P.L.C is located in Tigrey capital of Ethiopia in June 2006 and continues by Aug 2006. I was appointed in the capacity of Production Consultant for a timely contract by Tradesmen Middle East L.L.C for Almeda Textile P.L.C along with a team of specialists from Pakistan to work as head of the department to make a comprehensive Business strategy and to identify the weaknesses / gaps in there respective areas and to make departments work viable.




Here I got chance to work on Business Plan, BMR, MPS, set Quality Standard and inspection S.O.P etc. This company has giant setup as its input was raw cotton and output was YARN, Knitting and weaving fabric on different specs, Knits Apparel (Polo Shirts, T-shirts, Sweat Shirts, Hoody, jogging suits and bottoms) And Woven apparel (Formal Shirts, Trousers, sleeping suit) And home textile articles.












6)      Join Jaguar Private Limited, Faisalabad, in 01 Feb 2000 and continues by May 2006. I was appointed as a Manager Coordinator and then after two years I was promoted by top management to work in the capacity of Assistant to Director. This is a giant vertical unit facilitated with knitting capacity 18000 Kg, Dyeing capacity 22000 Kg. Here I was responsible for



·         Head Merchandising/Quality/Production/PPC and Coordination with departmental heads.


·         Master Planning and Scheduling for production and raw material.


·         Monitoring production conversion at all production level and Controlling Critical Path on daily basis.


·         To organize and make necessary calculations of yarn (requirement and follow up of Knitting, dyeing and finishing) in order to achieve production targets accordingly.


·         Successful implementation of 5S in strong coordination with departmental Head.


·         Corresponding critical issue with buyer and general suppliers.


·         Involve in research and development for new inquiries and Development.


·         Familiar with Yarn Dyeing process and check points to prevent non-conformance later in the process.


·         I have experience in factory evaluation and compliances. Represent this company many times for factory compliance for third party inspection.

7)      Join SEEBA GARMENT INDUSTRY L.L.C. (Rusayl Industrial Estate), Oman, in Feb 19, 1998, as a Manger Quality Control/Production. Here we are producing five pocket Jeans, Wrangler Jacket and miscellaneous woven apparels. Here I learn a lot production technique, washing and statistical quality control methodology and standard with Sri Lankan and British management. Continue this company about two years contract period.

Major customer was Kids International, Wal-mart, Regatta, Oxygen etc.

8)      Join VENUS CO, garment in Oct1997, situated in Korangi Industrial Area, as a Factory Manager. A well name in Outerwear and Casual wear garments and sports bags etc.






  • Here I was fully responsible from order confirming to the shipment of goods. Represent this company in very famous Exhibition, Hong Kong Fashion Week in January 1998.

  • Leave this company as I was offered for new responsibility in OMAN.













9)       Join CYMA INTERPRISES INC, a joint venture of Canada and Pakistan in (Karachi Export Processing Zone), on 07 April 1992 and continues by Sep 1997. I was appointed as Assistant Manager Quality Control. During my service, I was entitling as a Floor In-Charge in Production for the period of one year. This was company policy to make their employee multifunction by horizontal training.
