Accurate and timely completion of Monthly,Quarterly,Annually accounting reports.
Perform routine and non-routine accounting tasks, including preparing journal entries and reconciliation of multiple areas.
Work with multiple financial systems and utilise key interfase to extract data for financial reporting needs.
Record and create reconciliation values in different systems against bank transactions & Error free summary report.
Maintain accounting and reconciliation software.
Manage and report daily cash and prepare cash forecast and monitor collection activities.
Perform other task as required. 

Maintain and update sales activity sheet on a Daily, Weekly, and Monthly basis.
Prepare cash book and petty cash reports.
Manage creditors\\\' accounts and ensure timely payments.
Conduct bank reconciliations and prepare statement of affairs.
Generate monthly profitability reports to assess financial performance.
Serve as a customer service officer, providing assistance and resolving queries related to accounting.
Develop and create forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel.
Administer payroll processing and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Maintain and review records of government agencies as required.
Prepare necessary reports for financial reporting (FR) and audit purposes.
Utilize MS-Excel and other company software applications for various accounting tasks.

Provide and prompt customer support via phone and email.
Responsible for finding people who owe money from overdue debts, bills and negotiating their payment.
Manage bank reconciliation and voucher slips efficiently.
Implement customer service best practices and identify areas for Improvement.
